Kelly Pride Hebron
Kelly Pride Hebron received her Law degree, and her Masters Degree in Public Policy, from Catholic University of America and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park. As a former lobbyist, she has a deep understanding of the legal challenges that are faced by businesses of all sizes. Since her admittance to the Maryland Bar, guiding companies through business, government and regulatory matters has become the cornerstone of Ms. Pride's success. Attending professional development seminars and bar association events assists her in staying on top of legal changes and development.

Ms. Pride Hebron currently serves as Professor of Law at the University of District of Columbia - David A. Clarke School of La. She is the author of "Pitfalls to Avoid in Government Contracting" (printed February 2002 - National Association of Minority Contractors Newsletter and reprinted Winter 2003 - Business Ventures, the Newsletter of Fairfax Country Economic Development Authority) "Letters of Intent - Are They Necessary?" (printed Fall 2003 - Prince George's County Chamber of Commerce).

Ms. Pride Hebron is a regular speaker for community organizations and small business groups including, the Maryland Small Business Development Center, the Prince George's County Small Business Assistance Center, Women Entrepreneurs of Baltimore and the Northern Virginia Women Business Center on issues facing growing businesses.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Pride Hebron understands the need to stay in touch with her community. For this reason, she is a member of the Capital Hill Group Ministries Youth Mentoring Program, the Fairfax County Community Criminal Justice Board, the Pleasant Lane Girls Scout Troop, Prince George's County Chamber of Commerce and the Prince George's Technology Council.

Ms. Pride Hebron is a member of the Maryland State, Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and Bourne Bar Associations, and licensed to practice in all Maryland State and Federal Courts.
